These Terms of Use set forth the conditions for using the application "Narvia" (the "App") provided by Yu Yoshida (the "Operator"). By using the App, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Important Notice (Health and Medical Disclaimer)
The App is a tool intended to assist with recording and managing fitness, meals, and body weight. It is not a medical device or a medical service. Information provided by the App and its AI features (workout menus, estimated nutritional values, meal suggestions, calorie and macronutrient calculations, etc.) is general reference information only, and is not intended to provide medical or nutritional diagnosis, treatment, or advice.
- If you have a medical condition, are pregnant, are receiving medical treatment or taking medication, or have any health concerns, please consult a physician, registered dietitian, or other qualified professional before acting on any information provided by the App.
- Exercise and dietary restrictions may involve health risks. Please use the App within a range that is appropriate for your own physical condition.
- The Operator assumes no responsibility for any health problems arising from your use of the App.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms apply to all relationships between the user and the Operator concerning the use of the App.
Article 2 (Services Provided)
The App provides the following features:
- Recording of workouts, meals, and body weight/composition
- AI features, including AI-generated workout menus, nutritional analysis of meal photos, and meal suggestions
- Calculation and visualization of calories and macronutrients (protein, fat, and carbohydrates)
- Backup and restoration of data to the cloud via account registration
- Other features provided by the App
The Operator may add, change, or discontinue features of the App without prior notice to users.
Article 3 (Conditions of Use)
- Users shall use the App at their own responsibility.
- Some features of the App require account registration or sign-in by a method designated by the Operator.
